Shipping policy

STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders are processed in 1-4 business days and then shipped after your address and credit card payment have been approved. We ship UPS and/or USPS with up to a 4 to 7 day shipping time depending on your location or where your order is being shipped. Due to COVID-19, we are NOT responsible for shipping delays.

It is our goal to ship your order out expeditiously, however, please be patient if your order does not arrive when expected. Our mail carrier is experiencing major shipping delays that are beyond our control. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Orders will NOT be shipped on Sundays.

We will contact you via email if an item is out of stock or if we need additional information from you regarding your order. We will issue you a refund to your original form of payment if the item is out of stock.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before you complete your order. We are NOT responsible for orders being shipped to addresses entered in error.

DUE TO AN OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF ORDERS, CUSTOM ORDERS CAN BE DELAYED 2-4 WEEKS, ALTHOUGH IT IS UNLIKELY TO TAKE THAT LONG TO ARRIVE.

WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

Orders will NOT be processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or and National Holiday observed by the USPS.

 

LOST PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any items that show as delivered on the UPS/USPS tracking website. If your item is misplaced in the mail, please file a claim with UPS/USPS. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at support@sashayallday.com.
